Apple Intelligence is available with Siri and device language set to Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, or Vietnamese. Some features may not be available in all regions or languages. Some devices may not be available in all regions. Siri AI is available in beta in macOS 27 and requires an Apple Intelligence–enabled device set to a supported language. Available in English, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish to start. Siri AI will not be initially available in the EU on iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS. Siri AI is not available for users under 13. Certain Apple Intelligence features that rely on server-side models are subject to daily usage limits, including but not limited to Siri AI, Intelligent Photo Editing Tools, Image Playground, and AFM 3 Cloud models in Shortcuts. Daily limits may vary by feature, request complexity, system demand, system policies, and other factors. Expanded access to such features will be available for a fee in the future. Requires that your iPhone and Mac are signed in with the same Apple Account using two-factor authentication, your iPhone and Mac are near each other and have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on, and your Mac is not using AirPlay or Sidecar. Some iPhone features (e.g., camera and microphone) are not compatible with iPhone Mirroring.
FaceTime calling requires a FaceTime‑enabled device for the caller and recipient and a Wi‑Fi connection.

How to Return
If you picked up your purchase in store, bring back the item you wish to return to that respective store and an associate will help you with that process.
If you were shipped your item, send us an email at info@macexperience.com to start the return process. You will need to reach out to us within the accepted time stated above. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When Will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
