In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup on orders. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and ready for pickup at that time.
Shipping in the USA
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If the product is on-hand or in stock, shipping time typically takes between 2-8 business days. If you ordered a custom ordered product, we have seen processing times on those products take longer than expected. We will email you with an estimated shipping time if there is a delay. Once the product has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.
Our shipping prices might be higher than other companies and that is because we insure all of our packages. In the recent years, we have seen carriers lose too many packages and so we decided to insure all packages up to $2,000 to cover any issues that may arise. If you do not wish to have this insurance, please email info@macexperience.com and we can process a partial shipping refund to take that off your order.
International Shipping
If you placed an international order with us, your charge will be held and will not be processed until we contact you and confirm certain information needed for international orders. Details for that will be emailed to you.
