1. You now have access to your dashboard in your menu.

  2. Go to “View Dashboard”

  3. From here, you can see the different components our software is analyzing for you.

  4. If you see an “!” service is recommended. This is an issue that could develop into a critical issue that will affect the performance of your computer.

  5. If you see an “x”, you have a problem that is affecting the performance of your computer. Schedule an appointment now to get that fixed.

  6. If you have all green checkmarks, then you are running at optimum health.

  7. Periodically go back and check your dashboard if you are worried about an issue.

  8. If at any point you have questions, simply click the “Ask a Question” link in your menu and email a question to one of our techs and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
