Why Now
We've been at this since 2001. The whole operation was built around Apple — the training, the tools, the parts inventory. Branching out wasn't something we took lightly. But the reality is that a lot of our customers have a mix of devices at home or in their office, and they kept asking. A MacBook on the desk and a Lenovo work laptop in the bag. A family Mac and a kid's school Dell. There's no good reason to send those people to a different shop.
So we expanded. Same team, same standards, now covering out-of-warranty PCs from Dell, Lenovo, HP, Asus, Acer, Microsoft, and others.
How the Process Works
It runs the same way we handle every Mac repair that comes through the door. Bring the device in and we start with a $69.95 check-in fee. That covers a full diagnostic evaluation and, if there are physical repairs needed, a written quote with the cost before any work begins. You decide whether to move forward. No pressure, no surprises.
If the problem turns out to be software-related, the check-in fee is all you pay. No repair charge on top of it.
Once you approve a repair, plan on 3 to 7 business days for most jobs.
