+ What can I expect from a session?

Our training specialist will greet you warmly. We offer a one-on-one session, something that is becoming rarer to find. This allows us to focus our full attention on you and your questions.

+ Am I a good candidate for a training session?

Our training sessions are geared toward beginners and intermediate learners. If you consider yourself more advanced, perhaps a training session as a gift might be the best option for you.

+ Can I just drop in for my session?

No. Training sessions need to be scheduled so that we can be sure our specialist will be able to devote the full time to you.

+ Is there a no-show policy?

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations to arise, and so we do our best to be accommodating. If you are unable to make your scheduled time, please try to let us know 24 hours in advance. If you are late, we are still able to do your session but time starts from when the appointment was scheduled, not when you come in the door. We understand your time is valuable and ask for the same consideration.

+ Can I schedule online?

We plan on this feature being available soon, that you will be able to pay for and book training sessions online.

+ Can I be refunded my money?

Training sessions are non-refundable. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, please communicate that to the store manager in order for us to resolve the situation.
