MacExperience Return Policy:

  • Please bring your original receipt
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was purchased
  • You have 5 calendar days to return an Apple branded item from the date it was purchased
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from MacExperience can be returned to MacExperience.  Apple products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy
  • Please ensure the item being returned is repackaged with all of the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it
  • There is a 20% restocking fee to ALL opened items, unless defective 
  • Any defective Apple CPU, AirPort device, or iOS device will be repaired under AppleCare Warranty
  • Non-returnable items: Special orders, damaged/abused items, service/training items, and opened software
  • MacExperience reserves the right to deny any return.  Returns are subject to approval
