As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, work at MacExperience is performed exclusively by Apple Certified Technicians, using only genuine Apple parts. Our technicians have a combined experience of 47+ years on the bench as strictly Apple certified technicians. And because we are Apple Authorized, our repair work will not void your warranty, and we are able to perform all services required under Apple Care.

WARRANTY / APPLECARE

Because only genuine Apple parts are used, getting your repair done at MacExperience keeps your warranty valid. If your repair is covered under warranty, it will be free. We also service Apple products covered under AppleCare.

OUT OF WARRANTY

Do you have an older out of warranty Apple device? No worries – we can still fix it. Being around as long as we have, we have tons of experience with older machines. Plus, as an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we have access to the parts to fix them.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your device will be checked in, and join the repair queue. In most cases repairs are completed within 3-7 business days or sooner. You will get status updates along the way, and you will be notified as soon as we are finished.

PRIORITY SERVICE - $49.99 FLAT RATE*

Repair is placed into the priority queue. Priority queue repairs bypass standard repairs.

EXPRESS SERVICE - $99.99 FLAT RATE*

Repair is placed into the express queue. Express queue repairs bypass priority repairs.

EMERGENCY SERVICE - $249 / HOUR

Work starts immediately after check-in. Repair bypasses express queue.
