PRIVACY STATEMENT REGARDING CUSTOMER AND ONLINE USER INFORMATION

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which MacExperience collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the macexperience.com website (“Site”) and for devices checked in for service. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by MacExperience. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the websites of our reseller service providers or to any other third parties, even if their websites are linked to our website. We recommend you review the privacy statements of the other parties with which you interact.

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We are potentially liable in the case of onward transfers to third-party service providers.

You have choices about how to manage your personal data and what types of communications you receive from us. If you contact us, we will endeavor to respond to your inquiry within 30 days. Please note that we may have a legal obligation to preserve certain data. Data subjects whose data is received by MacExperience have the right under the Privacy Shield to access, correct or delete their personal data. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

Our website is a general audience site and is not intended for use by children under 18.
