  • Does Your Work Void My Warranty?

    No. Because we are Apple Authorized and use only genuine Apple parts, all services done are the same as if you took it to the Apple store. Our work does not void your warranty, and if the work is covered under Apple’s warranty, you won’t pay for it.

  • How Long Will Your Service Take?

    Repairs are typically completed within 2-7 business days, although times may take longer due to Apple Manufacturing shortages. Contact us for an accurate time estimation.

  • Can You Fix Liquid Damage?

    Yes, we can repair all liquid damage. You will need to check in your device for our team to give you an accurate estimate for the repair. If you have incidents available under AppleCare+, you simply pay the incident fee.

  • What Does My Warranty Cover?

    Every new Apple purchase comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering hardware issues. AppleCare+ extends that to 2 years for iOS and 3 years for Mac and covers physical damage with an incident fee. Contact Us to fully know what your warranty covers.

  • Is My Data Lost Forever?

    Maybe. Data recovery is not always successful. MacExperience has different Tier options to help you recover your data and get it backed up. If we can’t help, we have a trusted clean room where we send the more complicated recoveries.

  • How Much Does It Cost?

    Cost varies depending on what needs to be repaired and what your warranty covers. Bring your device in and we will get an estimate for you.

  • Do You Recycle Old Machines?

    Yes. Bring your old device in and we will recycle it for you.

  • Can I Trade In My Device?

    Yes. Depending on the value of your device, you can sell it to us or put the money you get towards a new device. One of our techs will take a look at it to give you a quote.
